2. General information on data proces

We process personal data of our users only as far as necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. Processing generally takes place only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (point (b)), to comply with legal obligations (point (c)), or on the basis of our legitimate interests (point (f)).

Please note: Separate privacy notices apply to the processing of data in the course of our advisory and brokerage services (client data); we provide them to you at the start of our cooperation. This policy covers the use of this website only.

3. Hosting and server log files

If you contact us, we process your details (e.g. name, email, message) to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed for its purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. 6 or 10 years under commercial and tax law).
Please do not send sensitive data, in particular health data, via the contact form or unencrypted email.

We only use technically necessary cookies. Legal basis: Section 25(2) no. 2 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
